THE ENNEAGRAM
The Enneagram is a personal and spiritual growth tool. During this workshop, we identify our personality types and learn how the tendencies and behavior patterns associated with our types can limit us and ultimately disconnect us from ourselves and others.
Our book is the Essential Enneagram by Dr. David Daniels of Stanford medical school. The curriculum has the vibe of a graduate school course with lecture and discussion and can be hosted in the relaxed setting of a home, conference room or destination retreat.
Music
We know from neuroscience that music lights up more areas of the brain at once than any other human experience.
Music triggers a dopamine release which can result in a happiness mood elevation and can have a calming effect on us. When we intentionally use music as a tool, we can self-reflect, self-observe, meditate and shift out of a negative state of being.
Elton John
Singer, Songwriter
"Music has healing power. It has the ability to take people out of themselves."
Aretha Franklin
Singer, Songwriter
"Being a singer is a natural gift. It means that I’m using to the highest degree possible the gift that God gave me to use. I’m happy with that."
Dan Reynolds

"People will push and pull you in a million directions. It’s easy to follow. It’s easy to cave in. Ease never determined what is right. BE YOU FEARLESSLY."
During the Altitude workshop, we listen to acoustic and studio produced music and discuss its profound effect on our brains and how it relates to our Enneagram personality types.
